Job Summary
Turning Leaf (Inc) Residential Support Service is designed to provide 24 hour, in facility, person-centered supports to adults living with a developmental disability or intellectual challenge, who are experiencing a housing crisis. The Residential Case Manager will ensure that the service is being provided to all residents receiving supports in one of Turning Leaf Inc.’s residential facilities. Residential Case Managers are responsible for overseeing the service, management and operation of each residential facility on their caseload. Direct responsibilities include (but not limited to): providing leadership, training, developing, supervising Residential Supervisors, ensuring the home operates in conjunction with provincial licensing, ensuring that the resident (s) needs are being met and ensuring that the facility is operating within budget.
Minimum Requirements
- Cover letter and updated resume
- Criminal Record check and Child Abuse Registry check
- Valid C.P.R and First Aid certificate
- N.V.C.I. Training
- V.P.A. Training
- Minimum 3 years Management experience
- Minimum 3 - 4 years experience working in a residential setting

Day Program Workers will work closely with the Day Program Supervisor to observe, plan and implement activities to facilitate learning and development in daily living, social and life skills. Day Program Workers will also assist and work with the Day Program Volunteers through scheduling and support to ensure the smooth running of the program.
